Did you know?
- It is cheaper to live at Oxford and Cambridge than most other Universities, even though they are less than an hour from London. They also provide financial support for students from families with average incomes.
- Over 85% gain 1sts or 2(i), and the terms are shorter. The 'drop out rate' is much lower than elsewhere.
- The average number of applications per place is around 5/6.
- A student from Greenhead has a good chance of getting a place, over the last 5 years we have had 98 offers, averaging an offer for every 3.9 applicants (nationally it is one offer for every five applicants.)
- Oxbridge has some of the best academic resources and recreational facilities of any university.
Have you a good set of GCSE grades to be considered? Would you get the A-level grades needed? (Grades A or A* are generally needed) Are you enthusiastic about the subject you want to read at University? So why not consider Oxbridge as one of your five UCAS choices.
