Greenhead College Governors

Thank you for showing an interest in our governing body. We are here to represent the interests of the local community in particular and the public interest in general. Our role is to ensure that the college is successful for all our students, a good place in which to work for all the staff and to maintain prudent control of all assets and funds. We are here to oversee the way that the college carries out its work and to provide strategic direction. We are not here to manage the college or to get involved in day to day operations. Our membership is made up of business members, staff members, the principal, co-opted members and student members. Relationships between governors are friendly and supportive of both staff and students.
