Enrolment Information
All offer holders must enrol online before 3pm on Thursday 20 August 2026. They will need to upload their GCSE results and ID and complete the online enrolment process. They should carefully follow the instructions they are sent to ensure the process is complete.
Students will be sent a link to our enrolment platform which will include ‘how to’ videos on all stages of the process. If an applicant wishes to change a subject, does not meet subject specific entry requirements, or would require further advice they must attend in person on Thursday 20 August, between 9am and 3pm, after completing the online process.
1. If an offer holder meets the following three criteria:
- Has met the College’s minimum entry requirements, which are: at least Grade 4 in English Language GCSE, at least Grade 4 in Mathematics GCSE and at least Grade 6 in three GCSE subjects
- Has met the minimum subject entry requirements
- Does not want to change their subject choices from interview
They can enrol online before 15:00 on Thursday 20 August.
2. If an offer holder has met entry requirements but has not met the minimum subject entry requirements for one or more subjects:
They will not be able to study that subject at Greenhead College. They can attend an in-person interview to discuss other subject options after they have completed the online stages of enrolment.
3. If an offer holder has not met the College’s minimum entry requirements:
Which are at least Grade 4 in English Language GCSE, at least Grade 4 in Mathematics GCSE and at least Grade 6 in three GCSE subjects, then they cannot enrol at Greenhead College. They should enrol with another provider as soon as possible.
All applicants that have accepted a conditional offer to study at Greenhead College (offer holders) should be aware that it is not possible to change their choice of subjects until enrolment. While every attempt will be made to accommodate any requests to change subjects at enrolment, this cannot be guaranteed.
If an offer holder wants to change their subjects, due to not meeting the minimum subject entry requirements or because they have changed their mind then they must attend an in-person enrolment interview at Greenhead College after completing online enrolment:
- Between 9:00 and 15:00 on Thursday 20 August
While every attempt will be made to accommodate any requests to change subjects, this cannot be guaranteed.
If an offer holder cannot enrol during the enrolment period, they should apply for a place at another provider, whose enrolment they can attend. Places are not guaranteed at Greenhead College for offer holders that can’t attend enrolment.
The late consideration form will become available on our website on GCSE results day. Applicants should ensure they meet our minimum entry requirements and any subject specific entry requirements for the subjects they are applying for.
After enrolment all new students will attend our Big Welcome Day on Friday 28 August, where they will receive their College ID card and lanyard.
They will attend an induction session, which will provide information about the College, their timetable, and the pastoral and study programmes. Students will also have the opportunity to look around the College, visit various stalls run by staff, and meet other new students, helping them to settle in and make new friends.
The first day of teaching will be Tuesday 01 September. Students will have lessons according to their timetable.
