Mental Health and Well-being

We all have mental health and well-being, just as we all have physical health, and at Greenhead College your mental health and well-being is our top priority because we know that having this support helps you to be exceptional in all aspects of your life.

Our Mental Health and Well-being Framework demonstrates Greenhead College’s commitment to well-being and helps creates a positive culture of mental and physical health, that benefits the whole College community. It brings together all strands of high quality support under one umbrella.

Mental and Physical (M+P) Weeks

Bringing the College community together

M+P Weeks offer an opportunity for both staff and students to access activities, information sessions and resources to support mental health and well-being both in and out of the classroom. They highlight the importance placed on mental health and well-being by the College, offer an opportunity to explore the relationship between well-being and academic outcomes, and open a channel of communication between staff and students to allow a process of reflection.

We have a dedicated M+P week each term.
