Taskmaster Meets HR: An Exciting New Challenge for A Level Business Students

The Business Department recently launched the Human Resources (HR) section of the A Level specification with an exciting and interactive Taskmaster inspired HR day.

The event gave Business students a hands-on insight into some of the key roles of a HR department, including how businesses use team-building activities to develop essential workplace skills such as communication, leadership and teamwork.

Throughout the day, students took part in a range of fun challenges designed to highlight the employability skills and soft skills that employers increasingly value.

As well as supporting their learning, the day provided a fantastic opportunity for our new classes to get to know one another, build relationships and start developing the collaborative skills that are so important for success both in education and in the workplace.
